CS Studios Studio Rental

Constellation Salon Studios ( CS Studios) is a unique rental space conveniently located in North Hollywood. We are close to several major film studios including Warner Bros., Disney, NBC and Universal Studios and freeways. This professional photography space is ideal for fashion and commercial photo shoots, castings, gallery shows and other special events.

Layout: The studio has 2 areas for shooting.

Studio A is 1200 sq. Ft. 29’ x 13’ column free space with 12’ ceilings. It includes a reception area, make-up and hair room, dressing room, lounge area, restroom, 2 sky-lights (with blackout), concrete floors, large roll-door, 1 seamless backdrop holder, car capable and air conditioning/heat, wireless internet dsl.

Studio B is 500 sq. Ft. 13’ x 15’ with 12’ ceilings and includes bathroom, skylight (with blackout), hair/makeup area, dressing room, concrete floors, 1 seamless backdrop holder and A/C and heat, wireless internet dsl.

5-disc cd changer in both studios
6’ and 8' ladder
Hot lights are available for rent.

Reserving the Studio: 50% of the rate (booking fee) is due at the time of booking to secure the rental reservation. A Rental contract acknowledging the Studio rules must be signed and returned to the Studio with booking fee prior to the booking date.

Photography Rates: There is a 2 hour minimum on hourly rentals. Time includes set up and break-down. A studio manager is required on the premises during all contract rental hours.

Weekdays: Photography Weekday (Monday-Friday) Rates. Daily rates are based on an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm. Entire studio: (Studios
A & B) $80 per hour. $640 per day. Before 9am or after 5pm: $100.00 per hour.
Studio A: $60 per hour. Day rate for an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm, $440. Before 9am or after 5pm: $80.00 per hour.
Studio B: $30 per hour. Day rate for an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm, $200. Before 9am or after 5pm: $50.00 per hour.

Weekend: Photography Weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Rates. Daily rates are based on an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm. Entire studio: (Studios A & B) $100 per hour. $800 per day. Before 9am or after 5pm: $115.00 per hour.
Studio A: $80 per hour. Day rate $600. Before 9am or after 5pm: $100.00 per hour.
Studio B: $40 per hour. Day rate $280. Before 9am or after 5pm: $60.00 per hour.

Other Rates: Customized rates are available for gallery shows, exhibitions, wrap parties and holiday events. Rates may be negotiable for multiple-day rental and/or repeat clients upon availability.

Production Team: Photographers, make-up artists, hair stylists and wardrobe stylists are available for an additional rate.
