Constellation Salon Studios (CS Studios) rents its
facility, including limited equipment, to its customers with the understanding that in no event shall Constellation Salon Studios be held liable for direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damage, mishaps, accidents,
injury or loss due to the use of this facility or equipment used by its customers.
Reserving the Studio: 50% of the rate is due at the time of booking to secure the rental reservation. Your rental is NOT guaranteed until we receive your deposit. A rental contract acknowledging the Studio rules must be signed and returned to the Studio with booking fee prior to the booking date.
Payment and Terms: Rental is to be paid in full prior to rental. Cash, certified checks and major credit cards (via PayPal) accepted. The Client will pay all costs and expenses, including leagal fees incurred by Constellation Salon Studios in connection with the collection of amounts owing to Constellation Salon Studios.
Cancellation Policy:
Day of Shoot or event: 100% of deposit will be charged
24 hour notice: 50% of rental will be charged
48 hour notice: no charge (deposit will be returned)
General Rules: Renters are responsible for leaving the studio clean and organized just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights and sound system turned off. All trash should be emptied. A cleaning fee will be charged if the Studio is not left as it was found. Studio is not responsible for clothing and other personal belongings that are left behind and Studio may dispose of said belongings.
Catering is the responsiblity of the renters and must be agreed to in advance by CS Studios. Food must be already prepared and ready to be served. Constellation Salon Studioswill set up an area for food service. Cleanup is the responsibility of the renters.
Renter also agrees that any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. that may be mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while they are using the studio will be responsible for repair and or replacement costs within 72 hours. Renter will also be charged for excessive trash and garbage left at the studio.
Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying them while on our premises. You waive and hold harmless CS Studios, it's owners and managers of any liabilities arising out of the use of the studio.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted unless otherwise specified and could result in the session being cancelled and funds not being returned.
