CS Studios Film Video Rates

Film/Video Production Rates Film/Video Production Weekday Rates. Daily rates are based on a 8 hour day from 9am-5pm. Film/Video Production: $100 per hour/$800 per day (Weekdays, entire studio) Overtime: Before 9am or after 5pm: $120.00 per hour.

Studio A: $70 per hour. Day rate $520. Before 9am or after 5pm: $80.00 per hour.
Studio B: $50 per hour. Day rate $360. Before 9am or after 5pm: $60.00 per hour.

Film/Video Production Weekend Rates. Daily rates are based on an 8 hour day from 9am-5pm. Film/Video Production:$125 per hour / $900 per day (Weekend, entire studio) Overtime: Before 9am or after 5pm: $150.00 per hour.
Studio A: $80 per hour. Day rate $600. Before 9am or after 5pm: $90.00 per hour.
Studio B: $60 per hour. Day rate $420. Before 9am or after 5pm: $70.00 per hour.

Reserving the Studio: 50% of the rate is due at the time of booking to secure the rental reservation. A Rental contract acknowledging the Studio rules must be signed and returned to the Studio with booking fee prior to the booking date.  Cash, certified checks and major credit cards (via PayPal) accepted. Overdue accounts will be subject to interest charges of 3% a month. The Client will pay all costs and expenses, including legal fees incurred by CS Studios in connection with the collection of amounts owing to CS Studios.

Cancellation Policy:
Day of Shoot: Payment is 100% of rental
24 hour notice: 50% of rental will be charged
48 hour notice: no charge (deposit will be returned)

General Rules: Renters are responsible for leaving the studio clean and organized just as they found it, furniture put back, all lights and sound system turned off. All trash should be emptied. A cleaning fee of $50.00 will be charged if the studio is not left in clean condition. Studio is not responsible for clothing and other personal belongings that are left behind and Studio may dispose of said belongings.

Catering is the responsibility of the renters and must be agreed to in advance by CS Studios. Food must be already prepared and ready to be served. CS Studios will set up an area for food service. Cleanup is the responsibility of the renters.

Renter also agrees that any equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc. that may be mishandled, broken, ruined or stolen while they are using the studio will be responsible for repair and or replacement costs within 72 hours.

Renter agrees to be solely responsible for the conduct and welfare of all persons accompanying them while on our premises. You waive and hold harmless CS Studios, it's owners and managers of any liabilities arising out of the use of the studio.

Drugs and alcohol are not permitted unless otherwise specified and could result in the session being cancelled and funds not being returned.
